2. Orders & Payment
 

• Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.

• Prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT where applicable.

• Raid Society may update prices and information on the website at any time.
   

3. Shipping
 

• Orders are shipped with PostNL and partner postal services.

• To keep shipping affordable, packages are sent as standard letter mail without track & trace by default.

• Customers may request tracked shipping where available, at an additional cost.

• We ship worldwide, except to the United States, where shipments are currently suspended due to new U.S. regulations.

• Delivery times vary by country and local postal services. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

5. Warranty
 

• Products are covered by statutory warranty under EU law.

• Damage caused by misuse, wear, or modification is not covered.

Raid Society is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, postal delays, or loss caused by third parties. Products and services are provided “as is” within the limits of the law.

7. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
