Well sh*t, you're not happy with the quality or the item itself? No worries. If the item is not what you expected, you may return it.

Right of Return
 

• You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
   

How to Return

• Before sending anything back, please email us first at info@raidsociety.com.

• We will provide you with the correct return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
   

Costs & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• We recommend using your local national postal service (e.g. Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, bpost) and choosing an option with track & trace. Courier services like DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or DPD are not accepted.

• Returns are sent at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

• Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days, using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   

Raid Society reserves the right to decline refunds if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.
